Imagery Consent 

(Photography/Videography)


YMCA North would be grateful if you would please complete this form to permit us to be able to take imagery (photos/videos) of participants during their stay with us and use these in our printed and online publicity materials. By giving permission, participants grant YMCA the rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the YMCA’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, and funding applications. Participants also understand all imagery will be held securely by the YMCA.

YMCA Outdoors also uses imagery (photos/videos) to collect evidence of staff competence when delivering activities. These photographs and/or videos will be stored securely by YMCA Outdoors and/or YMCA Outdoors approved external training organisations.


Please complete the form below to give YMCA permission to use the image (or) do notify us if you do not wish for your image to be used.  Anyone who does not complete a form will not have their image used.
