We contacted Truth Legal to address an urgent visa application. We were contacted by Frances Ledbury who, calmly, skillfully and sucessfully navigated the expidited process of obtaining a visa for my wife to travel to the U.K. from the U.S.A. We are very greatful for her work on our behalf and feel fortunate to have contacted Truth Legal in the first place. We were quoted a price for the work and apart from a minor charge from the processing company in the U.S. for scanning services, that was the amount that we paid.

All I can say is absolutely fantastic, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My main point of contact was Helen and she was brilliant throughout my claim, she was patient with my lack of understanding regarding legal matters and far exceeded expectation of my claim. Mirek is not only a professional lawyer, but he is a very nice, warm person with a sense of humour who has patience and time to listen to what the problem is. My case was very complex, took over 15 months of time and it was personally sensitive, but Mirek did not judge the situation. Truth legal took my insurance case at the 11th hour when no-one else would. I’d left it nearly too late due to mental health issues and was panicking as time ran out. The whole team was absolutely amazing and in the end I received a payment I was truly happy with. I’m now using them on a second claim I could’ve probably handled myself but wanted their fee from my case to be a thank you for the successful outcome of the first case. Brilliant team, totally professional people and more than that tolerant of neurodivergence and friendly.

The lawyer checked stuff with me and my parents to make sure it was right. We had lots of discussions which I found difficult but my parents explained it once I understood I could give permission for things to be discussed with them as well as me. I don’t think I could have stayed with the process without someone else to help me and it was good the lawyer worked with me and with my parents. I contacted Truth Legal after the solicitor provided by my household insurance cover told me that my Unfair Dismissal claim would not succeed. Navya and Yvonne listened to my story, reviewed the documentation and agreed to help. They attended Tribunal Hearings on my behalf, keeping me updated at all times about the next stages of the process. Finally after 18 months the company settled before the final Tribunal Hearing.
