We work with communities across the motu (country), helping people to live healthier, happier and longer lives.

We understand that different communities have different needs and that there's no one-size-fits-all option when it comes to achieving health equity. That's why we work side by side with our communities, making life-changing differences together.

Volunteers are at the heart of community health, and thanks to their help we offer a range of different services. From teaching lifesaving first aid skills, to getting people to hospital appointments, or just being a friendly voice at the end of the phone, our community programmes are there to provide the care and support you need, right on your own doorstep.
