Health groups are calling for urgent changes to regulate the use of lobbying in government, following reporting by RNZ this week.
Health Coalition Aotearoa co-chair Boyd Swinburn says the reporting by RNZ's investigative reporter Guyon Espiner highlights issues of inequity in the political system.
He says New Zealand's democracy isn't up to standard without greater transparency and laws in place.
