Tonga receives Mahuta while also holding talks with China

Foreign Affairs Minister Nanaia Mahuta is at the end stages of a whistle-stop tour of Niue and Tonga aimed at demonstrating New Zealand’s commitment to the Pacific, but her visit has coincided with talks between China and Tonga's Legislative Assembly.
