Dear Friends, India is eagerly waiting for the arrival of #5G. This new technology will help expand the impact of Telecom beyond Consumers to Enterprises as 5G intelligently connects humans, machines, appliances just about everything, everyone and everywhere. This post introduces power of 5G Services - multi Gbps peak data speeds (eMBB) , ultra low latency (URLLC) & massive machine communication (mMTC)) feature with a unique characteristic of slicing dedicated Network for emerging critical applications like Connected Automobiles, Industry Automation etc. We also present an interesting analysis on impact of Digital disruption in #Entertainment Industry. Since its inception, Bollywood has been controlled by select studios & networks. But, accelerating exponentials are making scare resource abundant. Three major shifts in Entertainment industry are driving its future- who makes content, what kind and where we experience the same. The rise of #OTT, Power of users generated content, shift from passive to active and then to immersive & personalization will drive the sector. Did you know the followers of 'local talent' uploading their own created content is comparable to that of famous Celebrities. As always, we will wait for your valued response. Regards, Himanshu K Binit A

True Sir. Only Visionaries and adaptive leadership can unleash the power of new technology 5G, AI, IOT, AR/VR, Cloud etc and what it can lead too. Nobody thought data usage could penetrate deep into rural India however today's statistics shows the transformation made by the business dynamics. More to come with the bundle of technologies you had mentioned. Cost would bea real challenge as people are still cynical about any new change to adapt.

What is there for investor in telcos is big question ? At this time India should put total money in rebuilding economy and basic industries. We can have better technology after few years post payback of 2g 4 g netowk is given to Indian investers . India should not lose money in just replacing technologies . We are poor country can't get covid tests for all and the mefication
