Anne Salmond on the Treaty and race

The article by Anne Salmond on Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ‘Race’ is well worth a read. It is 23 pages long but makes a very strong argument that the Court of Appeal got it wrong by starting us on the path that the Treaty is a partnership between races.
