Vicky Kaushal reveals his face scar in Sardar Udham is real, he got 13 stitches
At the trailer launch of Sardar Udham, Vicky Kaushal revealed that his face scar in the film is real. The actor got 13 stitches on his face because of an injury.
Vicky Kaushal shared an interesting detail at the trailer launch event of his upcoming film Sardar Udham. The actor revealed that he got 13 stitches on his face due to an injury before he started shooting for the film. However, the injury mark didn't affect the shooting of Sardar Udham as it became a part of his character.
'THE SCAR IS REAL IN SARDAR UDHAM'
Sardar Udham's trailer was launched today (September 30) with much pomp and show. At the trailer event, Vicky shared details about the scar on his face that the audience sees in the trailer. He said, "I got 13 stitches on my face due to an injury. The scar you see in the film is real."
In April 2019, it was reported that Vicky got 13 stitches on his face after a door fell on him during the shooting of Bhoot: The Haunted Ship. "Unfortunately, the door fell on him and he was badly hurt. He was rushed to a local hospital by the crew," a source had told the daily.

Sardar Udham is a biographical film about Udham Singh, a revolutionary freedom fighter who took revenge for 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre in Amritsar by assassinating Michael O'Dwyer in London.
Sardar Udham is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video on October 16. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film is produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar.
