TWS 9.4 will not support Oracle 19c in fresh TWS installation.
TWS 9.4 FP6 has been certified to support the Oracle 19c at run time.
“ The scenario is that customer will upgrade an already existing Oracle instance to Oracle 19c into an environment where TWS 9.4 is already installed. “
As soon the procedure is done the TWS 9.4 can be updated to new FP only with Installation manager IM 1.9 .(the one certified with 9.4 FP7)
The TWS 9.4 fixpack update will not work with lower IM level if the Oracle 19c is already installed.
