  When starting an application, one or more warning messages that
  includes the text "Unconverted adapt", along with a stack trace
  that includes a location within
  "com.ibm.ws.container.service.annotations", are written to
  server logs.
  

Problem conclusion

• The warning message indicates a code path which should be, but
  has not yet been enabled for annotation caching.  The presence
  of the warning message indicates that redundant annotation
  scanning steps are being performed.  The result is a reduction
  of the performance improvements which are provided by annotation
  scanning.  Application function is not impacted: The problem is
  entirely a performance performance and the presence of the
  warning to server logs.
  
  The problem was fixed by a code update which properly enables
  the problem code paths to use annotation caching.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 20.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
