The transactions will be billed to you when your statement is ready. ATM cash withdrawals You have the option of selecting to withdraw cash from either your savings account or credit card account at the ATM. The funds will then be withdrawn based on this selection. To avoid charges, we recommend that you select ‘Savings Account’ for ATM cash withdrawals so they are withdrawn from your savings account. If you choose to withdraw cash with your credit card account, charges for cash advance will apply.

  • After you tap the "Pair with savings account" button in the Trust App, we'll send a push notification to confirm this change has been completed. Transactions When your card is linked to your Savings Account by Trust, all your new credit card transactions (including automatic payments previously done set up on your credit card while it was paired with credit card account) will be taken deducted from your savings account. Any transactions that were authorised before you tap the "Pair with savings account" button (i.e. those that appear as ‘pending’ in the Trust App) will still be processed as Trust credit card transactions on your credit card account. ATM cash withdrawals You have the option of selecting to withdraw cash from either your savings account or credit card account at the ATM. The funds will then be withdrawn based on this selection. • The pair feature is only available to customers with both Trust credit card and debit card/savings account. This means that if you close the Trust credit and/or debit card, the pair feature will no longer be available to you. After your Trust credit card is closed, all your future spending on your Trust card will be deducted from your Savings Account by Trust. Similarly, after your Trust debit card is closed, all your future spending on your Trust card will be deducted from your Trust credit account.

  • If your transaction was still ‘pending’, the reversed amount will go to the credit or debit card that you’ve used to make the transaction.

However, if your transaction is ‘completed’, the refunded amount will go to the credit or debit card that you are paired to at that point in time.

  • If the transaction has been authorised and is being processed, it can't be changed. That means the payment you've made will be charged to your debit card.

  • After tapping the pair feature, the change will take effect immediately and all future transactions will be charged into the card you've paired to.

  • You may obtain it within 30 calendar days from the date of approval or rejection of your credit card application via the credit bureau website listed below. Alternatively, you may present the approval or rejection email and your NRIC/passport to the following credit bureau’s registered office to obtain a free credit report. Credit Bureau (Singapore) Pte Ltd 2 Shenton Way, #20-02 SGX Centre 1, Singapore 068804 www.creditbureau.com.sg

  • Regulated customers are Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents, whose annual income is below SGD 120,000.

  • It will affect the maximum overall credit limit for Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents that can be assigned for unsecured credit facilities across Trust and Standard Chartered : - For regulated customers whose annual income is between SGD 30,000 to less than SGD 120,000: Up to 4 months' income - For regulated customers who are aged above 55 years old whose annual income is less than SGD 30,000: Up to 2 months' income

  • If you already have an existing unsecured credit facility with Standard Chartered and wish to apply for a credit card, Trust will need to apply the overall credit limit to your unsecured credit facilites across Standard Chartered and Trust. For example, if your monthly income is SGD 5,000, then your overall credit limit is SGD 20,000 (4 times your monthly income). If your Standard Chartered credit limit is SGD 12,000, Trust will be able to grant you a credit limit of up to SGD 8,000, unless you decide to transfer your credit limit from Standard to Trust (link to next question). Here are some illustrations to help you understand this better: If you would like Trust to decide your credit limit, click here. If you would like to decide your own credit limit and would like a Trust credit limit that is higher than what has been assigned to you, click here. If you would like to decide your own credit limit and are happy with the Trust credit limit assigned to you, click here.

  • This option can be an alternative in the event that Trust is unable to approve your preferred credit limit based on our credit assesment of your application. You can get a credit card by transferring some of your unutilised credit limit from your existing Standard Chartered products to credit card. Another thing to note: This is only applicable for regulated customers and it is a one-time transfer available at the point of your credit card application and no reversal can be made once you choose to proceed with this credit limit transfer option.

  • The option to transfer available credit limit from Standard Chartered to Trust is an exclusive option provided to you only during your credit card application with Trust. As this is a one-time process, no reversal can be made once you proceed with this option.

  • Trust will grant you the limit immediately. Standard Chartered will also notify you of the limit change (if you opted for a transfer of limit).

  • The credit card limit assigned by Standard Chartered is common across all credit cards held by you. For example, if your credit card limit is SGD 20,000 and you have 3 credit cards, the total spend across the 3 cards will be capped at SGD 20,000. Therefore, any limit you transfer to Trust will reduce the overall credit card limit you have with Standard Chartered.

  • No, it would not be possible to automatically transfer your Trust credit limit back to your Standard Chartered credit products. • Your credit limit will be reviewed and will be adjusted if your overall credit limit with Trust and Standard Chartered has exceeded the prevailing regulatory limit. If your existing outstanding balance exceeds the regulatory limit, you are required to pay off the excess balance above your revised credit limit with Trust. Otherwise, charges will apply accordingly.
