The STF Resolution

Hi, you are on this page to set your company’s STF Resolution to protect your workers from Slips, Trips and Falls (STF) in the workplace. The STF Resolution is made up of 3 main parts: Take Time to Check, Take Time to Clean, and Take Time to Share.

Simply submit this form which will only take a few minutes to complete. And you will receive an acknowledgement email with your company’s STF Resolution. This STF Resolution will be returned to you at the end of the year to do a self-evaluation on how well your company has achieved its goals set out below.

Take Time to Check

We will identify hazardous areas to target for improvement to prevent Slips, Trips and Falls:

Slippery areas (e.g. kitchen, pantry, toilet, walkway, vehicle platform, and steps to mount/dismount a vehicle)
Slopes (e.g. ramps and walkways)
Uneven areas (e.g. stairs and steps)
Cluttered areas (e.g. cluttered floors and corridors)

We will set aside time to do safety checks on STF in 2021. Please specify number of hours for the year:

We will set aside time to clean our work areas and do housekeeping:

Take Time to Share
We will share the STF safety actions and messages with our workers regularly, and encourage them to report STF hazards in the workplace to their supervisors immediately. We will set aside time to do these:
