Attached is the Notice of Meeting and proposed Agenda for the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the NKBA.

The main purpose of the meeting is to present to members the 2022 Annual Report and 2022 financial accounts.

Please send the following information to info@nkba.org.nz by 5pm on Tuesday 16 May 2023:

• Any remits or special business to table at the AGM
• Nominations forms for the Fellows of NKBA NZ Industry Recognition status.

Once we have collated all nominations and any remits/special business, we will circulate the following on Thursday 18 May 2023:

• Remits or special business as advised to us by members
• Proxy Voting Forms for those unable to attend the AGM
• Confirmed AGM Meeting Agenda

Please note for voting purposes, there is only one vote per membership.
