      the actual implementation maybe for R6 under RIC-184. 

      the helm 3.0 change to get away from Tiller introduces changes. This might tie in with possible plans on O2 to not depend on tiller anymore.

      talk to Antti about this.

       

      one option is to mark helm3 and k8s 1.18 as experimental and suport both - old and new.

      Need to think about how to test against 1.18 and helm3 without REC.
