If you are interested in coaching and/or sweeping a CRDBA Representative Team at NZDBA Nationals this year please complete this form.  Expressions of Interest will close Sunday 15 October 5pm.

Important notes:

 - Coaches & Sweeps will be shortlisted by CRDBA, and selected for specific teams based on paddler EOI's (i.e. we may not be able to enter every division, this will depend on number of paddlers who express interest)

 - Divisions may be further influenced by entries at Nationals (if there are not enough boats entered in a division then historically it is scrapped)

 - Please check the divisions that you are most interested in below; we will work to give coaches and sweeps their preferred divisions, but based on the above this might not always be possible.

What is expected of you:

 - You need to be available to coach or sweep training sessions agreed by the chosen coaching unit and CRDBA, possibly both in Wellington and Wairarapa.  The goal would be 3-4 training sessions between late November and Nationals.

 - You must be able to attend NZDBA Nationals to support your team 5-6 April 2024.

 - If there are more paddlers than required to enter a boat, you may need to employ a selection process.  CRDBA can assist you with this looking across divisions if required.
