Ambassador Duties:∙Send a welcome email to all new families to introduce themselves, give a little background on your time at FWAFA. Expect to answer questions as needed on a variety of things such as: -PTSO Facebook page-Website-School Supplies-Uniforms-Uniform Resale-Summer Reading-Jupiter Ed-New Family Events-PTSO Activities (Grants, PTSO Staff Appreciation, PTSO Sonic Runs)-Class Facebook Pages∙Traffic Flow-Spirit Wear (that year’s can only be purchased at open house from the senior class)-Open House Date-Howdy Week-Doo Dah vs Dance-Scheduling (block classes vs regular)-Dance company auditions-Student Choreography concert-Half Days-Donuts with Grownups Events ∙Answer questions to the best of your knowledge and based on your experiences. If an answer is not known, be transparent and offer the name of a staff person who could best address the question.∙Possibly schedule a fun playdate for the new families if desired. ∙Try to attend events announced for new and existing families. This is not required, but strongly suggested. ∙Be a positive representative for our school!
