Helping Hands is a community initiative launched to lend a helping hand to those in need. We do this with practical hands-on help- to help with a project.

As we receive many worthy sponsorship requests, we want to support our local community with a fair and transparent process that allows all eligible requests a chance to receive sponsorship.

Eligible applications are ones that meet the following criteria:
1. The Helping Hands sponsorship will directly benefit people in our local community
2. The Helping Hands sponsorship is for a group, that without community fundraising, would not be able to continue work that benefits others
3. This sponsorship if for a specific fundraising event or activity

Applications will be reviewed on the 20th of the month. If you meet our criteria of being a local community sponsorship for the benefit of others, you'll be notified by the end of the calendar month that you have been successful. If your application is unsuccessful, you may enter again the following year. Only one application per organisation per year is permitted, multiple entries will be disqualified.
