DHIndia Association (also known as Digital Health India Association) is registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India as a Section 8 company, under the Companies Act, 2013.Founded with a mission to advise National and State Governments on policy decisions of strategic and tactical interests, help adoption of national EHR standards, design pragmatic regulatory frameworks, create collaborative platforms for academia-industry partnerships, power workforce development for on-the-ground implementations and promote cross-disciplinary education and research in the area of Digital Health.

DHIndia Association is incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka with CIN U85300KA2019PL127585.

At present DHIndia Association is a single entity running out of its registered office in Bangalore and does not have any local/regional branches or chapters.

Our Projects

Telemedicine Registry and Evaluation – Creation of a Registry for telemedicine solutions available in India.

Devices Registry – Creation of Registry for medical Devices that would augment the Telehealth ecosystem.

Telemedicine Maturity Model – Development of a framework to assess the maturity of telemedicine solutions and to evaluate the suitability of the solutions to meet the demands of the different healthcare providers in India.

The REME-DIY Challenge – REME-DIY – (Remote Monitoring, Evaluation, Diagnostics, Intervention and Analytics Grand innovation Challenge for medical devices) in collaboration with and as knowledge partner with EMPI business school and Atal Incubation Centre.

Forecasting capacity and predicting patient load – Predictive modelling for Covid patient load and planning resources in the hospitals based on the same. (successfully implemented in Jalna).

Covid CDSS App – The COVID CDSS solution is being integrated into the JIDHAN platform for use by Healthcare workers. A simplified screening protocol is designed for screening and surveillance of the citizens, tracking and monitoring of Covid-19 cases.

Digital CPE – Development of teaching programs for doctors on Telemedicine Practice Guidelines in collaboration with TSI and some district divisions of IMA and professional associations of doctors.

NDHM Sandbox testing – A team assessed the NDHM sandbox for the functioning of the APIs, other technical aspects, usability and in-built workflows. The findings of the testing were presented in a webinar.

Projects on Interoperability – Collaborating on the Terminology Track project of FHIR profiling for India with HL7 India. The objective is to come up with localized FHIR artifacts and profiles to facilitate interoperability for India.
