The majority of New Zealand's large employers are not publicly reporting on gender and ethnic pay gaps in their workforce.A new pay gap registry established by pay equity advocacy group MindTheGap shows which of 160 of NZ's largest employers publish gender, Māori and Pasifika pay gaps – a further 34 smaller employers volunteered to report to the register.The businesses that are reporting include publicly listed companies across the banking, insurance, electricity, infrastructure and professional services sectors.
