Letting Go Workshop

The space becomes one that is safe & enriching and in that moment of letting go, the group members become allies of shared stories. This is an experience that is deeply personal and engaging, with multiple facets to it.

Spread over a max of 3 hours from 3-6 pm, the experience works on the premise that to truly progress in life, one must let go. Most of the time, we approach life or go through it, with tools that have outlived their utility. They no longer serve any purpose, but force of habit has made them a part & parcel of our baggage. An experience likes this, meets us at the point where we are and then goes several steps within. First to identify what is redundant and what needs to let go & then the process of letting go itself.

Rajesh P.I is the Founder of The Actors Collective. His theatre journey as a facilitator, actor & director has spanned 27 years. His latest creation was the spell-binding Navarasa which ran to five house-full shows late last year. Rajesh is also a Reiki 3A practitioner & healer for the last 9 years. He has always been excited about using theatre as an innovative learning tool. He has successfully used Theatre along with Reiki tools in a fantastic healing experience.
