條款及細則：
1. 活動日期由2019年7月10日至8月15日止。
2. 是次活動只限流動電話用戶參加。
3. 參加次數不限，以單一收據計算，收據不可累積，每張收據只限登記一次。相同收據重複登記將被視作無效。
4. 是次活動只限持有香港永久居民身份證人仕方可參加。
5. 每名合資格之參加者只限一次中獎機會。
6. 得獎者需保留已登記之電腦收據正本作日後領獎及核實之用。參加者須以WhatsApp發送收據圖像以作登記，收據需清楚列明商戶名稱、購買日期、收據/交易編號、所購買之屈臣氏蘇打水產品名稱、價格、數量及購買總金額；收據如有遺失、不完整、偽造、經塗改、任何形式損毀(包括因印刷或任何錯誤所致)、補發的收據或影印本之收據一概不被接納及視為無效。
7. 如有任何因電腦、網絡、電話、技術或不可歸責於屈臣氏實業之事由，而使參加者所送出之資料或主辦單位發出之得獎通知有延遲、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識之情況，主辦單位不負責任何法律責任，參與此活動者亦不得因此異議。
8. 參加者之個人資料僅供是次活動用途。參加者提供的個人及收據資料均需正確無誤，如有不實者，主辦單位有權取消其參加或得獎資格。
9. 若活動所填寫之資料不實、不完整或不正確，導致得獎者無法收到得獎通知或獎品，主辦單位一概不負責。
10. 參加者做登記的資料將不可更改，所有資料均以短訊登記之訊息記錄為準，錯誤或不完整的資料將被視作無效。
11. 禁止遞交任何包含裸露、暴力、猥褻、粗俗、色情、涉及不法行為或任何帶攻擊性內容之字句及相片。任何違規短訊將一律予以刪除及參加者將被取消參加資格。
12. 參加者所提供之個人資料僅供是次活動推廣之用，所有資料均按《個人資料(私隱)條例》處理所收集的個人資料。參加者可依個人意願提供其個人資料。如參加者不願意提供相關資料，整個登記程序將不會完成，並視為未參加本推廣活動。
13. 有效收據日期為2019年7月10日至8月15日。登記時間為2019年7月10日00:00:00至8月16日23:59:59﹝GMT+8﹞，以登記手機系統成功接收時間為準。
14. 得獎者將有專人用WhatsApp通知領獎。領獎時得獎者需出示身份證及指定中獎收據正本方可領取獎品，如得獎者於領獎時未能提供有關中獎正本收據，其得獎資格將被取消。領獎後相關收據正本會被收取及不獲退還。得獎者必須於指定時間到指定地址領獎(不設送遞服務)，否則作放棄得獎論。如得獎者未能親身領獎，請委託代領者攜帶已簽署之授權書、收據正本及得獎者之身份證副本作領獎之用。
15. 是次推廣僅限以WhatsApp發送之資料登記參加。參加者發送資料登記即代表其了解、接受及願意遵守本公司就活動所訂立的條款及細則及接受本公司擁有此等條款及細則所述的權利。
16. 所有獎品受列印於獎品上的條款及細則規範，並必須依禮品上所示的期限及使用方式使用。
17. 得獎名單將刊登於2019年8月23日之星島日報及The Standard。
18. 所有獎品不可轉換或兌換現金；廣告上的圖片只供參考，一切以獎品實物為準。主辦單位恕不負責有關獎品及其相關服務之責任。
19. 如屈臣氏實業發現參加者使用或教唆他人使用不正當或欺詐手法干擾推廣活動的運作、破壞或影響活動的舉辦、誠信、公平或順利進行，屈臣氏實業有權終止參加者的參加資格及把已登記的資料作廢，並保留向有關人士追究的權利。
20. 是次推廣只適用於香港地區購買屈臣氏蘇打水產品(鹽味及蜜桃味)之交易。
21. 屈臣氏實業、其廣告公司之員工不得參與是次活動，以示公允。
22. 如有任何爭議，屈臣氏實業保留最終決定及解釋權。

Terms and Conditions:
1. This promotion is open from 10 July to 15 August 2019.
2. This promotion is entitled to mobile phone users only.
3. Each participant can have unlimited entries. The offer is based on single transaction. Receipt cannot be accumulated and each receipt is entitled to enter the lucky draw once. Duplicated entries with same receipt will not be accepted.
4. This promotion is entitled to Hong Kong permanent identity card holder only.
5. Each qualified participant can get one chance of winning only.
6. Please keep the original and completed receipt for prize redemption and verification purpose. Participants need to send receipts’ photo by WhatsApp. Merchant’s name, transaction date, receipt or transaction number, Watsons Soda Water PET product(s) name, price and quantity, and total purchase value should be printed clearly on the receipt. Lost, incomplete, forged, altered, damaged (in any form), re-printed, re-issued or photocopied receipts are not accepted.
7. A.S Watson Industries will not be responsible or liable for any data transmission delay, distortion, error and the loss thereby incurred as consequence of computer, network, telephone, technology or any reason not attributable to A.S Watson Industries. The participants shall not have objections to this issue.
8. The personal information collected will only be used for this lucky draw. Participants must ensure the information provided is accurate. Participants will be disqualified if the information provided is inaccurate and incorrect.
9. A.S Watson Industries will not be responsible or liable for winners not receiving the award notice or the prize as consequence of the false, incomplete or incorrect information provided by the participants during the promotion.
10. Participants are not able to amend information once it is submitted. All information is subject to the records registered by message. Any incorrect, incomplete or missing information provided will be voided. Notification will not be sent for any voided registration.
11. Any sentence or image with naked, violent, obscene, sexual, illegal or offensive content is prohibited. Message containing the above content will be deleted and the corresponding participant will be disqualified.
12. Personal data provided by the participants are for the use of this promotion only. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal (Privacy) Ordinance. Participants can provide their personal information at their free will. If the participant does not wish to provide the relevant information, the registration procedure will not be completed and will be regarded as void.
13. Valid receipt date from 10 July to 15 August 2019. Registration time from 10 July at 00:00 to 16 August 2019 at 23:59(GMT+8), subject to the registration mobile phone system.
14. Winners will be notified individually by phone and WhatsApp. Upon prize redemption, winners must provide identity card and the original winning receipts for verification; otherwise, the prizes will be forfeited. Receipts will not be returned after prize redemption. If the winners do not collect the prizes within the designated period and venue, their eligibility to receive the prizes will be disqualified (No delivery service will be provided). If winner cannot collect the prize in person, kindly authorize someone to collect it with an authorization letter, original receipt and copy of the winner’s identity card.
15. Registration is only available via WhatsApp. By participating and submitting documents for registration in this promotion, the participant agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the promotion and any decision the Company makes regarding this promotion.
16. All prizes are governed by the Terms and Conditions printed on the prizes and must be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as shown.
17. Winner list will be announced in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 23 August 2019.
18. In any circumstances, prizes cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred or exchanged for cash. All images are for reference only. The real object should be considered as final. A.S Watson Industries will not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s).
19. If A.S Watson Industries discovers that the participants use or instigate others to use improper or fraudulent techniques to interfere with the operation of the promotion, disrupt or influence the organization, integrity, fairness or smooth progress of the promotion, A.S Watson Industries has the right to terminate the eligibility of the participant and to invalidate the registered information, and reserves the right to pursue legal action against the relevant parties.
20. The promotion is applicable to purchase Watsons Soda Water PET products (Salted & Peach flavor) in Hong Kong only.
21. Staff, licensed/registered representatives of A.S Watson Industries, their advertising agency members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
22. In case of dispute, A.S Watson Industries’ decision shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
