Order status gone when hit back button after mobile ordering
Cannot see recent ordering status when hit back button on app, all order number gone and cannot check when pickup on store, please fix this
Short term memory and delay order to restaurant
Don’t swipe back after you’ve made your orders as it will reset your order.
You think the order is directly sent to the restaurant but no. Around 3-4 orders after mobile order already finished but your order is still not appear in the order’s display
Mobile ordering
Very poor system.. if you press done order online via mobile then you press back your order status will be gone.. it would be convenient if mobile order can view status order
