Laserjet M148 scanning software for Linux Mint 20

I have HP Linux Imaging & Printing System 3.20.9 installed. I'm looking for software that allows scanning from a PC to save in a PDF or PNG format.

Vuescan was the only way I could make the scanner work. But, I doubt I'm the only one with a scanner question in Linux Mint 20.
