What is Mono-material packaging?
- Mono-material packaging contains only one type of material. They can easily be recycled, reused, and repurposed, giving the product a longer life cycle.
- Packaging generally contains multiple materials that would need to be taken apart by each material. With mono-material packaging, consumers wouldn’t need to disassemble the product before recycling. They can simply pop the entire empty product into the recycling bin.
