- Guidance for three students for “ Bamboo Bridge at COEP” in students Techno craft competition funded by Alumni for the year 2014-15
- Worked as an active member in Unnat Bharat Abhiyan taken by COEP to adopt 10 villages. I was the coordinator of the construction and water area for 10 villages adopted by COEP for their sustainable development. Villages were visited and selected through the preliminary survey. A get-together and interaction program of Sarpanch and village representatives was organized at COEP. More than 200 students from COEP had shown interest in working 10 areas under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and Students Group Leaders worked on the problems identified in these villages.

Reinforced Concrete for Repairing Works in Hydraulic Structures”.The Paper received 2nd award (
costing $200/-) in 2010 ACI Concrete Projects Competition at International level for undergraduate
students organized by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Student Activities Committee (E801).
3. Received recognition as P.G Teacher and Ph.D. guide from Pune University w.ef. 03.2.2012
4. I have guided two teams of civil engineering students for presentations in “ Be Positive Pune
Green Conference” during 6thKirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival held at Pune on
25th Feb;2012. I received the first prize of Rs 1000/- for the best slogan for the awareness of
pollution of the environment.
5. Received Alumni Distinguished Faculty Fellow Award – Civil for the Year 2013-15 on Research
work “Development of lightweight concrete using wood particles as coarse aggregates” from
Alumni COEP.
6. The project of Second Year Student Bagade Tanay under my guidance is selected in University
Level “Avishkar 2013” research Competition
7. The project group under my guidance received 1st Prize-winning Innovative project Prize under
Technocraft Booth Project Competition 2014 by Alumni COEP.
