2019 - Played and started in 16 matches for the Lions in the midfield... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll (3.92 GPA)... Finished the season with 1,298 minutes played scoring once from the penalty spot against Missouri Western (Sep.29), picked up two assists for four points, had 18 shots with 13 being shots on goal good for a team leading .722 SOG%.
2018 - Appeared in 16 matches and made starts in 12 of them to wrap up her sophomore season with the Lions … earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award as well as becoming one of 11 Lions to land on the MIAA Honor roll (4.0 GPA) … logged 990 minutes played with six shots on goal out of 11 total shots taken … provided one assist that came in team’s first match at Rockhurst (8/31) where the goal ended up forcing a draw the clock hit zero … part of a team that go off to the program’s best start through ten games (6-2-2), which included huge 2-2 tie at No. 8 Central Missouri (9/30).
2017 - Played in all 18 matches while starting 17 of them at center-midfield...MIAA Freshman and Newcomer Academic Excellence recipient as well as one of 15 lions to land on the MIAA Academic Honor roll (4.0 GPA)...tied for second on the team in goals (2) on six shots in the direction of the goal...third on the team with 1311 minutes registered and tied for third in points with four.Â
HS: Eleanor Roosevelt High School under Annie Wilson and Andrew Tillekooh. Played varsity and earned high academic honors all four years. Appeared in California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) second round in 2016 and 2017. National Merit Scholar Award winner.
Club: Played club for BYSC Corona United coached by Shayon Jalayer. Also played for Strikers FC ECNL under Abner Rogers and Hubert Busby Jr. Team won Surf Cup in 2015.
Personal: Daughter of Mario and Villadelia Calderon. Has two sibling, Lisa and Mario. Enjoys spending time with friends, family, and training with Andy Garcia at AG Sports Performance.
